Sorry for the bad news but 97 million of that money is gone to pay off debt. Read the news release again. Half the money is gone and it looks like they plan on spending the rest in very short order unless a JV is in the plans. Now that the refinery is sold it just may speed up the sale or JV. Only time will tell.
