Basically this is a test given it uses only 24 wells, but will produce copper; so "no", no more permits for this. The "yes" is for expanding to full production with more wells on the state lands. The state wanted more proof of concept and water quality tests before allowing full production (phase 2). management hopes that, by the time they complete the 24 well test and are allowed to go to full production on state lands, that the city (Florence) will allow expansion onto their lands--but that is a ways down the road and who knows outcome. CUV will be profitable either way; mine life will be a lot shorter without City lands.
