I have had Rugrat 2000 on ignore for some time now and am now curious. I know him by reputation as having jumped ship on Win a few times now just before the SP appreciates. His investment decisions are catostrophic from what I have viewed ... surprised  he is still alive and kicking.

Clue me in on  " The Rug Chart " as I am in need of a good laugh. He is otherwise off my chart as having anything of value to contribute on this board.
