RBC just keeps selling

RBC just keeps selling

Who ever the seller at rbc is has millions of shares and doesn't care about price.  THey just keep on selling into the bids.  TID is looking hopeless untill this seller is taken out. Its as if the seller knows something that the rest don't like tax loss selling is going to last untill december.  Hopefully I'm wrong but it seems like they want the stock price in the low 20's for awhile.
