BC MINING PROJECT REJECTED Interesting case of the Morrison Lake mining project being deinied a certificate at the provincial level. The Raven Project with all of the First Nations concerns, overwhelming public opposition, close proximity to a world renowned shellfish growing industry, and lack of a social license may well be the next to be rejected. It's also interesting to note the BC province announced their decision before the Feds.
