did they explain why only 60mlbs for 2012?

if the 3Q is say 12.5mlbs (i believe even less) then you are left with about 17.5mlbs per 4Q which annualized for 2013 means 70mlbs. this is a terrible miss vis-a-vis 105mlbs bullS - isn't it?

wonder how this can be spined positively...
