None of it by the BOD according to Canadian Insider.  Last insider buys were in June.  Lack of insider support is still a huge black eye for ICS.  If the insiders are not willing to part with their cash, it certainly does not send a positive message to the average investor.

Good to see the share price moving up.  Frustrating to watch 3000.00 worth of trades take back the gains, as it has in the last couple of moves.
