Timing

Does anyone else find the bought deal timing a little strange? why would these investors invest just a couple weeks prior to the updated 43-101 release?? why not wait 2 weeks and see the advancement and then make an investment decision>?? especially since PG has a history of never moving on good news anyways its almost a free look!! lol
