Good find, printzen. Since this article could be found on a Chinese web page, I assume SMB to be in focus of Chinese investors already. Is there a trace for JV money to China? Would they ask for PPP instead of Tullow et al? Who is the man of the house?

 

What if SMB strikes oil? Wouldn't you (as an investor) want to partner right from the beginning? Any suggestions?
