RE: Supposed independent reports
Déjà effin’vu. Can’t they even hire new scriptwriters rather than regurgitating these blasts of noxious hype from the past?
Surely even Glass-Lewis & Co realizes that “On August 8, 2012, the Supreme Court of British Columbia declared the results of the annual general and special meeting of shareholders of Mosquito Consolidated Gold Mines Limited (“Mosquito”) held on December 16, 2011 (the "2011 Meeting") to be null and void due to defects or irregularities in the voting process that had an oppressive and unfairly prejudicial effect on the rights of International Energy & Mineral Resources Investment (Hong Kong) Company Limited to a fair and transparent process in the context of the 2011 meeting. The court also noted that there were serious flaws in the voting procedures used by Mosquito and has ordered that the 2011 Meeting be reconvened on October 16, 2012.”
It wasn’t Glass Lewis or International Shareholder Services which carried the day last December, it was “defects or irregularities in the voting process”.
The scrutineers this time will ensure that all (and only) legitimate votes will be tallied. Long live transparency and integrity. Elect the dissidents!!!
