RE: RE: interesting... htj has little doubt that the financing is fully subscribed... but, again, there will be those who subscribed who have no need to raise cash... so rather than selling prior to closing to raise cash for their new units, the plan would just be to sell 'at some point', whether it be before or after closing, with the obvious objective of trading shares for units and collecting the 'free' warrants.
now, no doubt the big guns will be selling at some point, but the fact that suddenly no one is hammering the bid suggests to htj that somehow someone somewhere may know something that may have shareholders doing somersaults someday.

p.s shareprice is still well within htj's predicted range... although htj would love nothing more than to have been wrong on the lowside......!
