As usual, Fluke tries to use BS to baffle brains. Unless Mosquito has been filing false financial sytements and proxy circulars with Sedar for the last decade or so, the Sedar filings show that B McClay gets no slary from Mosquito; rather, his services are billed from and paid to his company, 133025 Ontario Ltd. As such, these payment cannot be garnishjeed by anyone directly; they'd have to be garnisheed from 133025 Ontario Ltd via MSQ, and the record would show 133025 Ontario Ltd only.
