If Brian had to give / sell shares back to woulfe to pay back the loan it should have been at a heavier discount. Thoses warrants would have never been issued and would have expired with no dilution to woulfe. Furthermore if Brian sold more then the loan value owed to Woulfe then he just stole money off thoses that did the recent PP!
