TD has been loading up big time here so I expect we will begin to move up soon but I doubt they are done loading up the truck at these levels just yet. They will wait until the easy pickings dry up before making their move.Today's action only amounts to about $50000 so when these guys want to move the price up, there isn't really much resistance.
