This is about what F&M wants (not retail), and they want this deal to go through. F&M didnt have much shares in Dacha before the merger was announced, so they want to be sure to have some moore votes. Who else would do this massive buys of Dacha shares at this point when its cheaper to buy AAB shares? So my question is: Is it legal for AAB to act like that?
