Believe me ,I hope I'm wrong,but I don't see how they can pay their debt down. No way can they make a secondary. They are producing less while paying out more. It obviously cannot continue . They will have to cut the dividend and use the money to pay down debt. They have to have more money to drill and to buy properties. Sorry to say, but this management is worse then inept. Again below four is my target.
