It is about time. Should have done this one year ago, fortunately they have not  burned alot of cash on operations. All these mining companies are finally waken up to reality.  Time to limit supply for all commodities.

i think the next step if need be, is too sell off some of the assets that they own.  Berg, Davidson, and then perhaps sell off part  of Thompson creek mine and or Endako.

Lets face it, the fundamentals of Moly are bearish, and could be this way for many years to come. the move to diversify into gold and copper was a good one, but to expand Endako at the same time was a terrible decision.

I would think with all being said and done, that the sale of the company should get alot more than $2.64 per share.  Who knows where the bottom on this one will be, it all depends now on Mt Milligan.

I think that the market will react positively to the conference call tonight, and don't be surprised if this company is taken over within 1 year.
