RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: Stop the scam Your logic is atrocious. The comparison to other juniors is ridiculous. How many of them trade at one times earnings? None. Why does MMY trade at such an absurdly low rate? It is not because it is unknown. It is because potential investors see an unfriendly management.
Management rewards support by increasing sharehodler value. That way it spreads to all equally, on a per share basis. You do not reward support by selling a chunk of the company to one person/group cheaply which is what management is proposing to do. It is unethical. It is essentially taking from existing sharehodlers and giving to a third party. If Mr Baldock truly cares about all shareholders then he should sell the whole company at three to four times the PP price and be done with it. That would truly reward us.
I would argue that Mr Baldock does not have the reputation you think he does. If he did at one time, it was largely lost when the PP was proposed. Shareholder friendly management does not do what he is proposing. Any business student can see what is happening. The question is - will shareholders sit idly by, or will they stop it? I want to stop it and see this stock trade at fair value.
