Option 1: Common Share Consideration (Default Option) - To receive 0.365 of a new common share of Endeavour Mining Corporation for each common share of Avion Gold Corporation tendered. The status of fractional shares has yet to be determined.

I'm pretty sure that is what I said, but it still has nothing to do with the jump in price today.  Probably due to the gold price rising.
