The Company operates through two segments: Contract Drilling Services and Completion and Production Services. The Contract Drilling Services segment includes drilling rigs, procurement and distribution of oilfield supplies, and the manufacture, sale and repair of drilling equipment. The Completion and Production Services segment includes service rigs, oilfield equipment rental and camp and catering services. Its technologies include AlphaAutomation, AlphaApps, AlphaAnalytics and EverGreen. The Company provides services primarily in Canada, the United States and certain international locations.

If your so choked up with PD , the Exchange and Canada in general then perhaps you should sell off , push off and quit using this board for all your pointless and pathetic whining. By the way there is no Permafrost in Canada, you need to go to Arctic Tundra for that , sounds to me like you watched to much "Dallas" on TV back in the 80's when Bobby Ewing and Wentworth Tool and Die created the Tundra Torque Bit to drill Permafrost. "Have a nice day , Eh and Keep yer stick on the ice Buddy"
