I posted this link for the (WND) " Lower West Wind Energy project " quite awhile ago ... which btw is to connect to a Windstar Substation .

Remember Jeff mentioned about the time required to buy all the parcels of land to assemble Windstar ?

... go to page 113 & look @ the map . Until I saw this file , I was of the impression that Windstar as one large plot . But as you can see , Windstar is several parcels spread all over .

Why am I rambling about ... well in the back of my mind , I keep wondering why do they want Windstar so bad ?

Does Windstar have some strategic advantage here ... transmission line , substation , location , etc. ? Would some of the nearby future project in the area need Windstar access ?

Just thought I throw this out there ...
