cosford,  one question; can you buy a house while the backyard is not approved with ownership to the seller?

I am sure your lawyer will stop the buy deal. Once the ownership approval signed all will go includes the EOM valid land and some others. EOM the remaining will be determined later on after the resolution.

Here is my obinion and its not afact, The Colombian gov. Does not want MR. Batista to own the all area.
