I'm not aware of anyone claiming any conspiracy theories.  It's been posted twice now, TMX showed 6.7 million shares being bought by and insider and 6.7 million shares being sold by and insider.  It's all a matter of wanting to know what the rules state we are supposed to be entitled to know - insider trades declared within five calendar days.  Not sure why you would be willing to settle for anything less.
