Valuation of PTA

Valuation of PTA

So many nitwits out there who are not making an ounce of sense.

PTA will very likely never reach $1.00/sh.  And if they do, you sure as heck cannot use their fully diluted share count to calculate their value (EV)  unless you think a) the warrants expiring in november at 0.60/sh will be in the money and b) you take into account warrant proceeds for those warrants that you assume will be exercised.

Long before any potential drilling success might get them to $1.00/sh though, there is a high likelihood that they will get taken out, in my estimation somewhere in the area of 0.50-0.70/sh, depending on drilling results.

Quit mindlessly cheerleading and be realistic.  Yes, PTA is undervalued IMO, but if you make a claim of $1/sh, at least support it.
