You do not have to be insider to do the selling.... maybe you got a tip from somewhere.   Did BMO know anything that ordinary people did not?  You can't tell.  BMO sold in the 80s was pretty consistent all the way down to 70s.... They are good... unloading over 1 million shares before and up to Sept 27?!
