In theory he could have done what he did to force POET to the front and a solar divesture. If the theory is correct, it worked. Good Prophecyman,,,,,,,,,,, it is certainly the reason Sam Peralta stepped down as BOD director. So it is possible that PNP/SI decided to sell it down as they had lost faith in the direction of this company. Now that OPL has turned the corner and focussed on its direction ( POET), principals are jumping back on board.
I do believe that Sheldon was given direct instructions by the new management " to play nice with the SP" or he would not be able to participate in the latest financing. Just my thoughts!
