I spoke to Lance Hooper at the PKL booth at the Toronto resource conference last week.  He was helpful.  They're finally looking at the option of doing some near-term mining in the Vein 22 area, feeding the ore through their mill, to get some cash flow.  He also said that they've signed several non-disclosure agreements with several interested parties which are thinking of financing the $40MM needed for the dewatering / underground rehab / underground drilling / upgraded RE / PFS work.  The sort of deal that they are looking at would be a JV arrangement, ie, dilute the asset instead of diluting the shares.
