SEE YOU LATER GAP
If the drug’s patents are part of the asset transferred to CVC then is SEE YOU LATER GAP.
The initial work on the peptide was done by NRC (national research council of Canada),
in 1999 Pharmagap bought the research work and started developing the drug.
Thirteen years that they are working on the drug, they had university, top scientists and
top researcher involved with the drug development, then comes clinical trial and they get it wrong, they claim the way the trial was conducted is faulty just because the trial outcome was not what they/we were hoping/expecting for. Would anybody expect GAP to admit the drug has limitation and is only partially effective in beating cancer after all these years and million spent??....of course not!! Can this be an attempt by Bryden to
recoup part of his investment by gaining ownership of the intellectual asset and
selling-licensing the drug to a different company?...absolutely!! What about GAP investors that funded the research on the drug?? …screw you!!!
If GAP end into oblivion and disappear I really hope they share with the rest of the world’s researchers the knowledge and insight gained in these 13 of years of work, if they that it would make the money I lost in GAP not a loss but a contribution to an eventual break through in the cancer treatment (Cure).
