On October 15, 2010 the Company issued 4,999,991 units, comprising one common share and one
non-transferable share purchase warrant, at a price of $0.12 per unit. Each warrant is exercisable
into one common share at a price of $0.20 per share on or before October 15, 2012. The
Company accounts for warrants using the residual method whereby the Company allocates all of
the proceeds to the fair value of the common shares and Nil to warrants. As at June 30, 2012,
3,457,664 of these warrants remain outstanding.
