Nice chart. You could probably cut and paste that chart for over 200 mining companies. Rising share price from about 2009 to 2011 and then down considerably. Many companies are in the same position. 

It's easy to complain about management but the environment can make even the seasoned manager look foolish. 

If it was that easy to replace management with better and more competent personnel each time the resource sector goes through a rough patch, then it would be done. Just dumping management for another team isn't going to change the resource of this company and all of a sudden make the share price fly. Get real!
