So yes I take my comment back since the two companies coming together would be a friendly and easy deal. So perhaps they are looking for something better and a PFC business combination is a fall back option. It still makes a lot more sense to cmbine at these low prices for each company. Safe to say though ROZ won't exist this time next year. It will be swallowed up by someone unless it magically jumps over 20 cents tomorrow and scares potential bargain hunting suitors off.
