Since I presume that you are implying that automated trading gets the market going, nobody is actually around to put an end to it ... Or are there people actually selling with due knowledge of what they are doing ? By what we can grasp with the news , it's all good news despite the minor drawbacks . Thus I presume that those around which read teh news might jump on the occasion to buy instead of trusting the automated dummies to get things done for them. Mind you, someone somewhere has to push the button to get the  dummies going one way or another....
