someone has surely got it in for this stock.

it has dropped from a high of 17.27 to close at 16.08 today.

i do not see any fundamental reasons. if anything their payout/AFFO has been getting consistently better.

I also doubt Dennis Mitchell owns "most of it" as he claimed.

he is not even on the board.
