I would add a few more things to your list:

- trading at 0.4x price to trailing 12-month sales even though the sales outlook is growing significantly

- EBITDA positive for the past four quarters in a row

- About $10 million in cash on the balance sheet (which represents ~50% of the market cap on a net basis after accounting for the debt)

- contract momentum continues with today's announced signing of one of Taiwan't biggest cablecos

looking forward to the market waking up to this one....keep the contracts rolling!  The ramp up in high margin software licenses and royalties next year should turn some heads
