my point is  , shareholders are not at the mercy to accept an offer presented by Jeff and his board. What exactly I am saying is that share holders who want to wait and see prior to selling there shares or having them collapsed have a grace period to digest the process

I mentioned this in a previous post

In so far as a 3.00 dollar bid coming in and people running for the side lines , bailing- why would they ?

The stock goes to the offer price and shares sold prior to acceptance maintain the offer price as the float of shares is absorbed

Not trying to be confrentational but rather democratic

I do not know Jeff nor do we know the inner workings within the board of who gets what upon a sale

What does Rothchild get at 3.00 dollars

Point is at 3.00 3 million as a bonus to a guy who has all these shares is a sweetheart deal

I would rather see a deal pay a guy 6 million for 5.00 as an example because 3.00 is too easy to gain in my ho
