I just have the old fashioned notion that the the reward should be for good performance, and I'd far rather see them earn their money buy building shareholder value, as the WFE executives have lots of shares and options. Unfortunately it is easier to make money by fat severances. I invested in Real, did poorly, and it looks like this is an encore. I'm done with these clowns.
There are too many guys in this town that have gotten rich on negotiated severances, while the shareholders have lost their shirts.
