Erm...yes. Who was it that said that the petioners didn't have a chance of winning?

 

And, of course, with this as a precedent, I'll bet that if the numbies continue with the civil case against Fu&Dykes, the numbies (with the shareholders' money) will have pay the defendants' cost at scale C.

 

Sue the numbies bowlegged, Fu&Dykes. Slap a liz pendens on the condos and the share accounts.
