Wrong! CCY was part of the Teck investor powepoint presentation as to what was brewing down stream with its junior exploration partners, listed before CopperFox Metals (CUU).  Teck will keep 40% and have a financial partner bring the capex to the deal.  Teck will build/operate mine. IMHO

p.s. Teck is very good at keeping its cards close, good poker players!
