With all other roll-backs that I have been exposed to I took a hit as it gives the SP more room to fall but KEX may be the exception because there actually is quite a bit of potential here, not 43-101 proven potential but potential none-the-less. We know or have reason to believe that there is lots of graphite in NZ and barite and bentonite in the US and then there's the gold that we were looking for when we found those commodities and KEX owns a good chunk of ASP which should take off just before listing on the Ozzie exchange.

 

Graham always said that he's running an exploration company not a mining company and always planned to be taken out some day but heck, it looks like this could become an industrial minerals producer soon enough if things play out right.
