TIOH - Point Taken - Yes, you are right, the warrants could end up having some value as long as the price goes above $29.25 as you indicated.

I still have no confidence in Tellier and it seems he could stay on as long as the new owners want him. His leadership may be a detriment to the price getting above $29.25.
