He's got a point Zak...Wearing seat belts on 400 series highways won't 100% ensure that you survive a collision either.

 

Using the CFIA reps logic, why bother buckling up?

 

If its not an absolute, iron clad guarantee of survival its obviously a waste of money to have them installed in cars.
