RPM remains a good "buy"Oct 11, 2012 15:47 EDT
Rye Patch Gold
By Investor's Digest
Early in November we should be hearing about the potential of Garden Gate, a project of Rye Patch Gold Corp. (CVE-RPM). The project is located in north-central Nevada. And Nevada, you'll recall, is the fourth-richest gold region in the world. Once the rotary rigs have finished their business at Garden Gate, they'll be moved south to begin drilling on the Patty project.
Ultimately, the advisory notes, "the pressure is on Rye Patch to make or break Patty" while it runs the program. Results from Patty won't likely be available before December. Both Garden Gate Pass and Patty are exploration plays in a region of Nevada "that has generated the greatest bounty of new gold ounces during the past decade." But the market is holding off, refusing to bid up Rye's shares in anticipation of positive results.
Moreover, Rye Patch has found itself in a "messy" claims dispute which has pulled down its valuation. But if any of these developments show a positive outcome, the company may look a little more golden. For this advisory, Rye Patch Gold remains a good "buy," albeit a relative spec value, at $0.49 a share.
