I was one of those posters that wrote that such extension was not possible. In fact I am still looking for an explanation. Most of my disbelief comes from the fact that the shareholders do not even have to vote for this. Perhaps there is more going on in this particular case, but the news release does not state more usefull information. Bottom line I have to admit I was wrong. Your proof says all.
