Not a lawyer, and know even less about Nevada courts.  But I'm guessing that the judge is going to try to get them to settle out of court.  I'm surprised they weren't politely asked to use a mediation service already.

We don't know what is going on behind the scenes.  Maybe they have already started negotiating.  

I'd rather see Kinross or some other major buy us out, and then let them negotiate with Couer.  I know it is possible that we go to $3/share, but we could go to .13 just as easily.  Give me a dollar  and I'll unload a good chunk of my shares(but not all, lol).
