SVU is a prime takeover canditade. 30 Million in cash for the ready. No underwriting fees.[6 to 7% if its not a private placement] No Brokers warrants.No regulatory hurdles to jump. Clear sailing. There are a few changes I would like to see implemented. Bob Rennies stockoptions should have been cancelled. Why is he collecting consulting fees? Would like to see dissident shareholder on a mission. Last but not least I would like to see an independent board. They are all friends. On Tuesday canacord offered 100K for 0.35 before th market opened. I put in a bid for 0.355 and could'n get 1 share.Somebody else scooped it for 0.355. I offered more than the asking price and went away emty. That should tell you something. I am not a promoter just an investor. Best buy on the VSE .No downside. CASH IS KING. Regards
