What's up here

What's up here

I've been a longtime shareholder of Otis, however, I was very disappointed in their recent resource estimate.  It took many years and in my opinion didn't add much of a resource.  It looks to me like they lowered the cut-off  grade in order to boost the gold ounces.  The grades for this small a resource are very poor.

Having said that, it appears something is going on here with the recent rise in shareprice and all the support.  I'm not sure what else could be in works here.  While I know that quality-of-project often has nothing to do with how high or low a shareprice can rise or fall, I'm at a loss to understand why the shareprice is rising so dramatically while Otis's peers with more ounces and higher grades languish at lower market caps.  Otis's low float obviously plays a part.  This seems like too poor a resource to garner any excitiment, and yet....  Any thoughts on this and what could be going on?
