I love the word CONTROL...Every time I use it I picture BoneZone as an overzealous lab hitting an electric fence at full speed!

 

That said, I am not convinced that this can be accurate as 100 mil shares is the total sum of the float.

 

However, BNC is very tightly held in you broker/via client scenario. The individual brokers would not be noted, or obligated to report the position as the shares held are distributed down through client holdings. Collectively, however, that individual broker controls a large number of shares and voting strength, assuming he or she has the blessing of clients.

 

I am not so sure that BNC is "widely held" in terms of a biotech microcap and the core strength of the float is absolutely in the hands of a select few. A cursory glance at an AGM tells you pretty much all you need to know.

 

On another note...Beech do we need to review the new Poison Pill revision or can we assume that our wholly independent board is looking out for our best interests?
