Thanks terroir for the info.  Much appreciated. 

 

Tax loss sale of PRY is just a plan or now.  If the Q3 communication projects any "signs of life" I would of course continue to hold and "rough it out" and hope for the best.  I do wish these companies don't go silent for the whole three months between quarters to give any indication of how their business is proceeding.  That would be a great service to the investors.
