removing management Just so I dont HURT ANYBODIES FEELINGS ON THEY INSIDE HERE LIKE MY LAST POST!!!! The term dissident proxy is a definition for (concerned shareholders) . It is there legal RITE to have management removed in a democratic way (those who believe in equality). If you think of the term mercy kill this refers to taking an animal out of its misery.
It is my opinion that gettn rid of all of these guys is the best thing to do. Management could perhaps would know longer have to read these humiliating blogs anymore. They would probably have a better chance at seeking employment before there integrity is totally shot and they could take all that bad stress away and maybe with th rite crew we could salvage some shareholder value. On the flip side if management is milking this for all its worth before it crashes with no plan . THE BOARD N MANAGEMENT could be possibly liable to its shareholders and believe me this is no LIE!!!!! I know shareholders who are VERY VERY CONCERNED and will not lie down
