Goldy,  i beleive his sources were accurate with grades being mined, however they were most likely not included in the plan to blend the high grade with the low grade drift ore. Perhaps he just knows a janitor who overheard a loose lipped conversasion in the crapper between Tony and some other highballer.   Heres a simple example of blending that you will most likely understand:  you have 6 lucky lagers left. You wife runs out and splurges on a 12 pack of Molson Canadian. And as a seasoned drunkard we all know you will blend the low budget horse wizz with the primo brew to catch your buzz.  Or would you toss the lucky lager out??? Not likely.
